Site Master Planning

GBH Group typical approach will be to gather functional requirements of the proposed facility which includes production process together with the required level of automation, dosage forms, batch sizes, containment needs, type of equipment and machinery, inventory norms, expansion philosophy, etc. and based on the above data GBH will develop the site master plan.

New Facility layout design and existing Facility upgrading

 GBH Group have a special experience in layout design especially when it comes to upgrading an existing facility, and GBH Group successfully execute upgrading projects without even a day of production stoppage to the upgraded facility.  Project and Construction Management

GBH Group with its vast experience of executing several projects can take up Project Management and Construction Management activities. The Project management functions would include: Prepare project schedule to monitor progress of Engineering, Procurement and Construction activities. Update schedule of work / bar chart based on the progress of work Conduct periodic co-ordination meetings with Client to review actual progress of work as against planned work schedule and remove bottlenecks Maintain document control to ensure use of right document at site
